Colombia is one of the world's largest coffee producers, and it is famous for creating some of the highest quality coffee available. Colombian Supremo beans are known for being sweet, fruity, and pleasantly acidic, with a smooth and almost nutty finish.
The best way to enjoy this type of coffee is fresh; within a few weeks of the roasting date. Off-the-shelf Colombian coffee doesn't compare, since it loses much of its aroma and many of its unique flavors before it's ever purchased.

The Infusion is a blend of a light, a medium, and a dark roast. It combines the benefits of each to deliver a clean and crisp cup of coffee.
There is a bit of sweetness and acidity, balanced with a slightly smoky undertone.
Appearance
You can clearly see each of the three roasts in this bag of coffee. Each has a slightly different color, and the dark roast beings a slight oily finish to the entire bag.
